Our manufacturing facility is built to support buyers who require dependable output at scale. We operate a structured mix of weaving technologies so that both volume driven production and design oriented programs can be executed with better control.
We operate airjet looms, rapier plain looms, and rapier jacquard looms, including Staubli jumbo jacquard capability. In house warping, multiple shifts, and power backup systems support stable manufacturing and planned dispatch for ongoing programs.

Production Capacity and GSM Range
We produce more than 880K plus meters of woven fabric every month. This monthly capacity supports long term sourcing programs and helps buyers plan volumes across multiple dispatches with fewer production constraints.
Our facility supports fabrics in the 50 GSM to 300 GSM range. GSM is finalized based on yarn selection, weave structure, and intended application, which helps buyers evaluate suitability early before bulk production.

Production Workflow and Quality Assurance
We follow a strict make-to-order model, beginning production only after aligning on yarn specifications, fabric construction, weave structure, design files, and quality expectations. Quality control is integrated throughout the process with in-house warping checks, on-loom monitoring, defect marking, batch-wise records, and final inspection before dispatch.
Custom Fabric Solutions for Private Labels & Buyers
We support buyers who require fabric development for private labels and specialized programs. This includes design driven fabrics where weave structure, texture, and repeatability are important to the sourcing decision.
